Greater Sudbury, ON Full-Time | Hybrid Field Sales $40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Program

Our client is a leading provider of business technology and document management solutions across Ontario and Quebec. Due to continued growth and market expansion, they are seeking a motivated Technology Solutions Sales Representative to join their Sudbury team.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll help businesses improve productivity and efficiency through a wide range of technology solutions, including:

· Multifunction printers and office equipment

· Document management and workflow software

· Laptops, tablets, monitors, and scanners

· Wide-format printers and plotters

· Interactive displays and presentation technology

· Mailing and document finishing equipment

· Managed service and maintenance programs

What You’ll Do

· Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory

· Manage and grow existing customer relationships

· Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs

· Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations

· Prepare proposals and pricing solutions

· Maintain customer activity within the CRM system

· Build long-term partnerships and provide exceptional customer service

· Consistently achieve sales and activity targets

Territory & Travel

The territory covers Greater Sudbury and surrounding communities within approximately a two-hour radius.

This is a field-based role with approximately:

· 50% customer visits and meetings

· 50% prospecting, account management, CRM activity, and proposal preparation

Most customer visits are located within the Greater Sudbury area.

What We’re Looking For

· College diploma or university degree preferred

· Background in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering Technology, Communications, or a related field considered an asset

· Previous customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or business development experience is beneficial but not required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Interest in technology and business solutions

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

· Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

· Valid driver’s license and full-time access to a reliable vehicle
